Founder and owner
Zoran Opačić was born on August 30, 1955. in Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After completing his education in the Gymnasium in Pancevo, he enrolled in the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, where he graduated in 1981 with a degree in concrete technology. As a scholarship holder of GP "Ratko Mitrović" from Belgrade, he began working there in 1981 and stayed until 1985, quickly advancing from a trainee engineer to an independent construction site manager. His professional desire to manage high-value projects in the industry sector, as well as his expertise in consulting and professional supervision, led him to "HIP-Development and Engineering" in Pančevo. In 1992, he returned to his parent company, GP "Ratko Mitrović" in Belgrade, where he became the technical manager at RJ "Bulevar" d.o.o. In 1998, a business challenge in terms of forming a construction sector brought him to the then very successful private company "Partner engineering" d.o.o. from Belgrade, where he remained as the leading construction engineer until 2002, when he decided to establish his own company. In 2002, Zoran Opačić founded the company "ZOP INŽENJERING" LLC for design, engineering, and construction works in Belgrade, of which he has been the sole owner to this day. He served as the company's director from its foundation in 2002 until September 2018, when he became an advisor to the general director. He continues to hold this position today, despite officially retiring at the end of 2020. During his rich professional career, he has excelled in the following areas:- Planning and organizing the construction of all types of reinforced concrete structures, primarily in the field of high-rise buildings (residential, residential-commercial, and industrial facilities).
- Introduction and implementation of new technologies and modern equipment in the field of high-rise construction.
- Education and training of young personnel in operational methods of reinforced concrete construction works.
- Improvement and application of management and organization skills in the execution of specific construction projects.

Boris M. Dimitrijević was born on January 9, 1977, in Jagodina, Serbia. He graduated from "Branko Radičević" Elementary School and "Nikola Tesla" High School of Electrical Engineering in Jagodina. After that, he enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade in 1996/97, passed all exams in the Department of Structures, and defended his graduation thesis in the subject Project Management in Construction in 2002. He enrolled in the postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, at the Department of Management, Technology, and Information Technology in Construction during the 2004/05 school year. He attended and passed all the exams provided by the Faculty's curriculum and on April 24, 2013, he defended his master's thesis entitled "Analysis of the Economic Justification of Investment in Quality of Final Works on Residential Buildings", earning him the academic title of Master of Technical Sciences. He submitted his doctoral dissertation under the title "Optimization of the Impact of Structural and Formwork Systems on the Costs and Duration of Building Residential and Commercial Buildings" in 2014 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade. He defended it on September 27, 2016, after the regulatory procedure, and obtained the academic title of Doctor of Technical Sciences - Field of Civil Engineering. He published the following papers with his colleagues:- "Investment Strategy for Ensuring Quality of Final Works on Residential Buildings" in the journal "Građevinar" 67(2015)5, 451-460 from Zagreb, Croatia.

Chief Technology Officer Vladimir Nikolić was born on December 12, 1977 in Kraljevo, Serbia. He graduated from the First Grammar School of Kragujevac in 1996 with excellent results and in the same year he enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, in the structural engineering program. During the final year of his studies, he went to the USA (Boston) to work and improve his knowledge of the English language. After graduating in 2003, he was employed at "Polis" d.o.o. in Belgrade, where he worked as a design engineer-trainee on the preparation of project documentation. In December 2003, he transferred to "Gemax" LLT in Belgrade, wanting to try his hand at construction work in the largest private construction company in Serbia at the time. During his work at "Gemax", he participated in the construction of dozens of buildings in Belgrade and Serbia, and in 2005 he was appointed as the head of the foundation department. In October 2007, he joined ZOP engineering LLT, Belgrade, which was then working on the largest construction site in Serbia - "Belville" in Novi Beograd. He started his career at ZOP engineering as a responsible contracting engineer, and later became the chief engineer and operational manager of the company. He was appointed as the chief technology officer of the company on September 1, 2018, a position he still holds. At ZOP engineering, among other duties, he is in charge of cooperation with foreign investors, and since 2015, he has been the manager of the company's foreign branch in Germany. In June 2015, he became a member of the Engineering Chamber in Munich (Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern). He holds licenses 310 and 410 of the Engineering Chamber of Serbia. As a responsible contracting engineer, operational manager, and technical director, he has participated in the construction of over 70 buildings throughout Serbia. He speaks English, German, and Russian languages.

Mirjana M. Dimitrijević was born on July 29th 1997, in Kraljevo, where she completed her elementary and high school education. She enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade in 1996, and gained her degree in 2003 in the Department of Structures after defending her graduation thesis in the subject Project Management in Construction. She enrolled in the postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, at the Department of Management, Technology, and Information Technology in Construction during the 2004/05 school year. She attended and passed all the exams provided by the Faculty's curriculum and on April 24, 2013, she defended her master's thesis entitled "The method of cost-significant positions as a modern approach to cost estimation in our market", earning her the academic title of Master of Technical Sciences. As co-author she published two professional papers: 1. „Investment strategy for quality assurance of finalworks on residential buildings“ in „Građevinar“ Journal 67(2015)5, 451-460 Zagreb, Croatia, i 2. “Theimpact of the construction system on the costs and construction of residential buildings” in „Građevinar“ Journal 71(2019)7, 1-10 Zagreb, Croatia. She passed the state licence exam in 2006, having completed the project of organization and technology of construction for a residential-office building in Block 28 in Novi Beograd. She became a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia with the licenses of responsible designer and responsible contracting engineer in 2007. In 2013, she passed the state licence exam for performing the duties of a project coordinator in the field of health and safety at work (Certificate No. 152-02-00541/2013-01). After graduation, in october of 2003, she was employed as engineer of technical preliminaries construction company “Građevinar” from Kraljevo, at that moment, one of the most prominent private companies in the Serbian market. She is employed in company for design, engineering and construction, ZOP Engineering LLC, Belgrade since 01. 08. 2006. Her position is Independent Engineer of Technical Preliminaries, where she deals with the analysis of unit prices, formation of bids, collection of tender documents, monitoring of economic and technical parameters during construction as well as their analysis after the completion of construction. In this manner, she participated in the construction of more than 70 residential-office, commercial and industrial buildings. She was a valedictorian in elementary school, and was awarded "Vuk Karadžić" degree in Požarevac high school that she graduated from in 1996. That same year she enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Department of Structures. During the last year of studies she was a scholarship recipient of the company “Mostogradnja” where she worked after graduation, from 2002, as an intern in the sector for designing steel structures. Operations manager Mladen Šljukić was born on September 13, 1982 in Prijepolje, Serbia. He completed his primary school education at Vladimir Petrović – Valtaer and graduated from the high school Prof. Branko Radičević in Prijepolje in 2001. That same year, he enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, in the structural engineering program. He graduated with the degree in concrete technology in 2008. Immediately after graduation, based on the recommendation of his thesis advisor, he began working at ZOP Engineering LLT, Belgrade, where he is still employed to this day. As a young engineer, he quickly integrated into the company's system and progressed from the position of engineer-trainee, to site manager, and eventually to the position of responsible contracting engineer. He was appointed as the company's operations manager on September 1, 2018, a position he still holds today. At ZOP Engineering, in addition to managing projects of the utmost importance, he is responsible for coordinating and reallocating resources, primarily workforce. He holds licenses 310 and 410 from the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. As a site manager, responsible contracting engineer, and operations manager, he has participated in the construction of over 50 residential, commercial, industrial, and complex buildings. He is fluent in English.

Nikola Borčić was born on November 2nd, 1980. in Sarajevo, BiH. He graduated from the Nikola Tesla High School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in 1999. That same year, he enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, Department of Structures. After graduating in 2007, he was employed at the company ZOP Engineering and as an engineer-trainee he started working on the construction of the Belville neighborhood, at that time, the largest construction site in Serbia. After that, as a responsible contracting engineer, he participated in the construction of buildings of various purposes throughout Serbia: industrial, residential and commercial. From December 2016 to 2022, he worked in Germany, in the branch office of the company ZOP Engineering in Munich, and as site operations manager he participated in the construction of over 15 buildings. Also, as part of his engagement in Germany in the position of technical manager of the branch, he was in charge of communication with the investors and formation of offers for the construction works execution, as well as cost control. During the time spent in Germany, he got to know German construction norms, regulations, standards, as well as the works of large European companies. Since 2018, he is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Munich (Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern). He has licenses 310 and 410 of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia. Radislav Stojković was born on September 6th, 1969 in Dvorane, Suva Reka municipality in Kosovo and Metohija. He graduated from elementary school in Mušutište in 1984, and graduated from high school in Prizren in 1988. He served a year of regular military service in Macedonia. In 1989, he enrolled at the Faculty of Civil Engineering - Department of Structures in Priština, where he graduated in 1995 in Metal structures - on the construction of a bridge with an orthotropic plate. After graduation, he was employed in the Suva Reka Municipal Administration, where he worked as an urban planning advisor. He passed the state licence exam in Belgrade in 1996. Since 1997, he has been employed at the rubber and chemical factory Balkan Belt in Suva reka as Nerezina work unit manager. In 2002, he continued his career in the construction company Sigrad Engineering LLC in Belgrade as a responsible contracting engineer. After two years of work at that position, he became the head of operations, a position he held until September 2011. In 2003 he passed the state licence exam issued for a graduate civil engineer - Structures major, at the Ministry of Urban Planning and Construction of the Republic of Serbia. After that, he continued his work at the construction company Zop Engineering LLC as a responsible contracting engineer. He is currently working in the position of chief engineer. He has licenses 410, 310, 414 and 415 of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia. As a construction site manager, responsible contracting engineer and chief engineer, he participated in the construction of more than 80 residential-office buildings, industrial facilities, complexes, roads and traffic routes, as well as vitally important water lines and sewers. Chief Engineer Miroslav Kopunović was born on March 22nd, 1979 in Požarevac. He finished elementary school, and then construction secondary school in Užice in 1998. That same year he enrolles at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Department of Structures. He started his professional career in the Užice company Putevi Užice where he gained his first experiences in the construction of reinforced concrete bridges. His tendency towards complex engineering constructions follows him in his work in the company Delta Engineering, where he spent eight years, gaining the title of international welding engineer (SRB/IWE/00237). He has been present in the company ZOP Engineering since 2018, managing and monitoring industrial facilities and developing technologies of engineering constructions from the stage of contracting, construction, to handover to the investor. He has licenses 310 and 410 of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia. One of his main missions is the education and control of the work of young engineers, where the company establishes and bases the mission of future work.
